Ingredients: caramel, apples (of your choice), toppings (optional) nuts, chocolate chips, what ever your cravings are.
Tools. Melon baller, kabob skewer (wood] sauce pan. Mini cup cake tin. Mini cup cake inserts.
Wash your apples and dry then. Then (optional) peel your apples.
Take the melon baller and carve out small “melon” balls of the apple. Place them into a bowl set aside.
Add caramel to sauce pan with a small coat of oil (coconut, vegetable or butter) just so the caramel doesn’t stick to the pan. Heat up on low heat and stir continuously until it is smooth.
Stick your Kabob skewer into apple balls and dip them into the melted caramel and then from the pan dip the caramel apple into your choice of toppings, then place into cupcake tin insert.
Repeat and enjoy
