Hunters Heroes Chocolate Caramel Delight
(2) Sauce pans
Milk/Water (to make caramel less thick)
Toppings of your choice
Non stick oil (butter, coconut, vegetable)
Very lightly grease pans with oil. (butter, coconut, vegetable)
Melt enough chocolate to cover a thin layer on the bottom of 8x8 pan.
On low heat melt caramels and chocolate chips in separate sauce pans. Stir both until smooth.
The caramel takes more continuous stirring.
Add a little water or milk to help thin up the caramel to make it more chewy and less sticky.
Line your 8x8 pan with parchment paper.
Once chocolate is melted, pour into 8x8 pan, then put your choice of toppings all over chocolate.
Take the smooth melted caramel and drizzle over your toppings onto the chocolate.
Place 8x8 pan into freezer for about 20 min.
Take out of freezer, let it sit for 5 min, break apart and ENJOY!
